2017 Integrity Plus Employee Awards
We've had a great year at Integrity Plus and none of it is possible without our incredible team. We wanted to recognize some of our strongest performers, so we decided to have our employees vote on who they felt was the Most Valuable Employee. Requirements for receiving votes included positive attitude, hard working, problem solving, and improvement from previous years. Being that we have multiple offices and so many individuals deserving recognition, we decided on an award for Houston MVP, Fort Collins MVP, and a Rising Star award.
Lauren Tipton (upper right) received our Houston MVP award for her continuous work, go getter attitude, and helping to best meet client objectives regardless of the obstacles in her path. Bob Webb (middle left) received our Fort Collins MVP award for consistently having a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to help complete work on various Data Management projects.
Emily Revielle-Witt (bottom right) received our Rising Star award for her contributions to the Operations Team, as well as her efforts with proposals, project coordination, and various Compliance and Integrity Management projects throughout the year.
We have an amazing team of hardworking and dedicated employees, all of which deserve recognition for their work in 2017 and look forward to the opportunity to continue serving such a wonderful industry in 2018! Way to go Lauren, Bob, and Emily!

We have set the 2018 dates for our annual Integrity Management and Compliance Symposium at the San Luis Resort in Galveston, TX. Mark your calendars to join us May 15-16, 2018! Registration will be opening soon, so keep an eye out for details. As with previous years, we are looking for expert presenters to support our 2018 program. We are seeking a wide range of topics including, but not limited to; implementing integrity management programs, safety management systems, risk analysis and data support. Melissa Lawrence to Present at New Mexico Regional CGA Conference
Integrity Plus’s Melissa Lawrence will be speaking at New Mexico Regional Common Ground Alliance (NMRCGA) Conference in Albuquerque, NM September 19-21, 2017. Melissa will be leading two presentations on Wednesday, September 20th in the Manzano room including, Risk Analysis Results and Ranking at 9am, and Pipeline Release Consequences: Beyond HCAs at 10:30am.
The Risk Analysis Results and Ranking presentation discusses the importance of risk analysis in pipeline integrity management and performance-based management systems. It will cover ideas and guidance for conducting risk assessment and evaluating results to prioritize follow-up activities. As result of upcoming regulations, the industry must expand on how release consequences are identified. In her Pipeline Release Consequences: Beyond HCAs presentation, Melissa will provide an introduction on identifying consequence areas and expanding current practices to incorporate additional release impacts.
