The first six month to a year in a job are the most important for new employee development. All the more reason to ensure the success of employees. The advising program builds on course work learning objectives and allows students to get first-hand knowledge, experience, and guidance from our instructors. New hires that have successfully completed the Pipeline Orientation Series courses are eligible for our first-year advising program.
Upon completion of the advising period, institute instructors will administer an in-depth evaluation to certify the student's knowledge in relevant subject matter.
